The KPI Reporting tool can be accessed v by system administrators via utrac.online/kpireports using their normal uTRAC login information.
Most KPI Reports will provide full analysis of all activity within the organization's uTRAC account over a specified period of time, however some reports include filters to drill down into activity directly related to individual clients, cost centers, and specialties.
Here are some example KPI Reports:
Scheduling Overview Report
This report will return a projection of your organization's demand and capacity for each date within a defined range. The values displayed are:
Demand: Number of total shifts that require to be filled.
Allocated: Number of above shifts that are currently filled by staff.
Confirmed: Number of above shifts that are currently filled and confirmed by staff.
Unconfirmed: Number of above shifts that are currently filled but pending staff confirmation.
Open: Number of above shifts that remain vacant.
Availability: Number of total staff available and eligible to work the above shift.
Allocations Report
This report will give a simple output of each manager's number of shift assignments made each week within a defined date range.
Confirmations Report
This report is an expansion on the Allocations report, defining the number of staff assignments that were actively confirmed by each manager for each week within a defined date range.
Gaps vs Availability Report
This report will return a projection of your organization's vacancies and current gaps broken down by individual tasks/specialties for each date within a defined range. The displayed values are:
Demand: Number of total shifts that require to be filled per task.
Allocated: Number of above shifts that are currently filled by staff for each task.
Gaps: Number of currently unfilled shifts for each task.
Availability: Number of total staff available and eligible to work each task.
Trajectory Report
This report will return a projection of your organization's upcoming shift activity for each client for each date within a defined range. The displayed values are:
Demand: Number of total shifts that require to be filled per client.
Bespoke KPI Reports
It is possible for some enterprise level organizations to experience bespoke versions of the above KPI reports or have their own unique KPI outputs.
