Enhanced Label Restrictions

When posting to Job Board, managers can now select if they would prefer Label Restrictions to 'Match Any' or 'Match All' of the selected labels.

How this is helpful?

This addition of the 'Match All' condition enables more targeted posting so specialised roles are only posted to staff more likely to get booked.

While a posting is live, managers can switch their preferences and selected labels allowing them to refine or expand a post depending on their need.

Example Use Case #1

In advance of a big project, managers may post out the entire project to a broad sample of their staffing pool by selecting relevant labels and choosing the 'Match Any Label' settings.

Then, as the project gets closer, should there be any unfilled shifts, they can opt to expand the post by selecting more labels or by completely turning off label restrictions.

Example Use Case #2

If a very niche role needs to be filled, managers can post an individual shift making sure to turn on the 'Match All Labels' setting and selecting the labels that best fit the role.

As with the above example, as the shift gets closer, should there be any vacancies, they can opt to expand the post by switching to a 'Match Any Label' setting, broadening the post to a slightly wider pool.
