How to create shift restrictions for clients

Clients can be set with rules so only staff with defined labels can work certain tasks for that client.

Step 1: Select a Client on the Clients Page

  • Open the Clients tab.

  • Search for the client on the sidebar.

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Tags' tab

  • Select the 'Tags' tab to open a list of tasks with their associated staff labels

Step 3: Add Tasks with Restrictions

  • Use "Add" on the left to add a new task you would like to restrict.

Step 4: Set Staff Labels

  • Highlight a task in the left panel.

  • Use "Add" on the right panel to specify staff label required to work that task.

Step 5: Attempt a Staff Booking

  • When assigning a staff member without the required Staff Label, the system will show an error as the staff member does not fulfil the required set for that client.
