What's New
Previous Shifts
Staff will no longer have visibility of historic shifts on the Calendar view. They will exclusively be able to review a month-by-month breakdown of shifts they have worked via the 'Previous Shifts' page accessed via the side menu.
The Previous Shifts page will now also allow companies that use Advance Rate cards or shift Supplements to display estimated amounts to be paid to the staff for each month. Clicking into a shift will display a breakdown of any supplements, adjustments or overtime that may have been applied to a shift.
If your business is using Advanced Rate cards or Supplements in uTRAC, be sure to turn on 'Total Pay' visibility via the Admin page's App Permissions to avail of this feature - how to edit app permissions.
Calendar
Staff will now be able to view the next 2 to 3 weeks of upcoming shifts on their calendar rather than just one day at a time. They can use the calendar navigation to jump to any future three week window to preview their upcoming work.
Also, as with the 'Previous Shifts' changes, businesses using Advance Rates & Supplements may turn on Total Pay visibility for upcoming work via the App Permissions section on the Admin page - how to edit app permissions..
