How to send staff members their login details

Staff members can be invited to login to the uTRAC app for staff via the Staff page sidebar.

Step 1: Access the Staff Page

  • Open the staff page via the top menu.

Step 2: Select Staff Member

  • Select one or more staff members from the sidebar.

    • Hold ctrl or cmd to highlight more than one staff members.

    • Alternative, you can filter your sidebar, right click and press 'Select All' to highlight all the staff currently displayed on the sidebar.

Step 3: Send Login Details

  • Right click the sidebar and select "Send Login Details."

  • An email with login details will be sent to their provided email address.

Note: Staff may access their own help desk from the app menu and via https://utraconline.zendesk.com/
