Note: This guide refers to uploading staff via csv file import. Enterprise clients may avail of more advanced importing methods, such as importing from third party tools, using our API. Click here to read more.
Step 1: Go to Manage Data on the Admin Page
Navigate your way to the admin page and then scroll down to manage data.
Step 2: Click 'Upload CSV' Button
In manage data you click onto the button called + Upload CSV
Step 3: Follow the Upload Instructions
After clicking this instructions pop up for what needs to be done. Download the template from the instructions and prepare your csv file.
Upload the file.
Step 4: Preview Uploaded Data
Once the file has been uploaded, close the instruction window and select 'Preview Upload'.
If not satisfied, select 'Clear Upload' to start the process again.
Step 5: Accept the Upload
Click 'Accept Upload' to migrate the data from the csv file into uTRAC
Uploaded staff will immediately become available via the Staff page and Planner page.
