View Responses & Managing Existing Posts
Step 1: Open the Job Board Menu for a Shift or Project
Right click a shift or project that is labelled (JB) on the planner.
Step 2: Filter staff responses
If the shift or project has been posted, you will see an option to filter staff that have declared themselves as 'Interested' or 'Not Interested' in the job.
There is an additional option to filter staff that are 'Interested & Available' which will load staff that have declared themselves as interested in the job but have not yet been booked during that time.
Filtered staff will display on the left hand sidebar.
Step 3: Edit existing posts
In the filter window, select the option to 'Edit Post'.
You may hide existing posts from staff by selecting the 'Hide' option.
The Edit window will open allowing you to:
Hide the post from staff. This will simply not show the post to staff in the app without deleting existing responses. You may unhide hidden posts.
Delete the post. This will remove any responses from staff and staff may no longer see the post.
Update the post. Any newly selected or deselected labels and locations will alter which staff can see the post.
Note: Staff that have not yet responded will receive a Job Board notification when a post is updated with new labels or locations.
